Amenites & Features The beautifully decorated entertainment room offers residents a place to lounge, play games, watch television or can be booked to host larger fiestas. Furnishings include oversized sofa set, tall bar-style tables and chairs, game tables and chairs, pool table, large flat screen television, bookshelves, and other decorative pieces. Bathroom facilities and a half kitchen are part of this multi-use room. The room spills out through its large glass doors onto the pool deck. Tastefully decorated lobby features an oversized sofa, mural, artwork, and mood lighting. The furnished lounge area and gorgeous wood with onyx reception desk are completed with a beautiful water feature. Lush backyard garden consists of palm trees and colorful flowering plants. Located one level below the lobby area and accessed from the street to the rear of the building is the parking garage. Every residence will have one designated parking spot.
